Reflexology

Reflexology induces a feeling of deep relaxation together with the alleviation of stress, and this can lead to an improvement in the following conditions:

• menstrual problems
• migraines and headaches
• sinus problems
• stress-related stomach and bowel problems
• improve blood circulation
• strengthening of immune system and encouraging Lymphatic drainage
• relief of pain and joint stiffness
• hormonal imbalances
• muscular and joint pain

Your therapy session will last approximately 1 hour or longer for your first session. They take place at my therapy room in Droitwich Spa at various times, and can also be arranged in the home environment if suitable.

Therapy costs - please refer to price list. Payment can be made by card, bank transfer, cash or cheque on the day of therapy.
